Syndicate Dance School is a certified Dance School for UK's leading acro board 'Acrobatic Arts', this exciting class works on the five core divisions of acrodance - Flexibility, Balance, Strength, Limbering & Tumbling. Combining techniques & skills from ballet, jazz, gymnastics, yoga & contortion - Acrobatic Arts is a comprehensive programme and essential for the modern day dancer. Our acro dancers learn basic skills such as log rolls & balances through to advanced level tricks such as ariels and somersaults. Acrobatics Primary - Monday 16:00-17:00 - Ages 2-6yrs Acrobatics Infants - Wednesday 16:00-17:00 - Ages 7-10yrs Acrobatics Juniors - Wednesday 18:00-19:00 - Ages 11yrs+
